the hotel was lovely but not for british it was very hard to communicate with them and they were not helpfull at all the meals were all al a carte and we tried to change one meal on the menu which it said you could but they did not understand us so had to have something on the menu which i could not eat it was a vey expensive hotel and was deffinetly not worth it. we had to book out a day early as my sons injured himself and were told this was ok and would only have to pay for the 2 nights we had stayed but when we paid they said we would have to pay the full 3 days as it had been booked through booking this was another 200 euros all togeter we only had 2 breakfast 1 lunch and 2 dinners and 2 nights accomadation we would deffinetly not return to this hotel and if anyone has booked please cancell and book for the Hotel Benny Bio which is next door and a much better hotel at less than half the cost

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. We loved the cleanliness of the room and hotel facilities, and the location was perfect with easy access to transportation and the nearby ski station.

SPA center usually closes to early (at 7pm)! Which is not reasonable taking into account that some guests come back from skiing about this time.

The hotel was a great choice for our romantic escape. the room we stayed in was cozy and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. the location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk away from the ski lift and with stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

it was manageable with the help of earplugs and did not affect our enjoyment of the hotel and its facilities.

This hotel was such a great experience! the room was comfortable and clean, with a really nice bathroom. The location of the hotel was perfect for my city break, being close to the ski station and the shuttle bus was so convenient and came every 10 minutes. the staff was very nice and always attentive, with a rich and varied breakfast. the pool and spa facilities were great, really clean, and with hydro massages.

Although my stay was great, there are a few negative aspects. Some guests were not using the towels in the spa facility, which could be a little awkward in small places.

Some guests at the hotel's spa facility did not properly cover themselves with towels, which could make it awkward in the small spaces.
